It seems the game is constantly showing server issues, even though others are active in PvP.

My friend was able to log into my account from his computer, which reassured me he wasn’t banned. I still face the same error when using his account on my own PC, indicating an issue on my side. I can play other games like Monster Hunter, FF14, and Warzone, so the problem seems specific to Destiny. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, checking everything, updating, even doing a backflip—nothing changed. The error appears regardless of whether I’m connected via wired or Wi-Fi, or on my home network or a mobile hotspot, confirming it’s a computer-related issue. My main concern right now is figuring out how to fix the drivers or similar settings. I’m not very experienced troubleshooting PC problems and am unsure where to post this issue.
It's intriguing you referenced being banned. Typically, restrictions apply to specific homework IDs, which could affect your device. This method might apply to other systems or new computers. If you believe you were banned unjustly, reach out to the game's customer support team.
In D2, there's a 3rd party app that can make it so that you don't match make anyone for strikes, it's perfect to be able to do all the 'kill X enemy' bounties without worrying about others rushing the mission, literally soloing content for my own benefit. Bungie recently cracked down on those using net limiters to exploit the game for their benefit (fool the network into making a weapon deal many ticks of damage with one shot, control enemy spawns for easy set up, etc.) so what i'm doing feels like it would be under bannable offenses. I know many other friends who have used the app as well, but they're still able to log in.
Avoid using third-party tools in online games; even simple features can lead to bans due to poorly coded software. Suggest your friends stop relying on external programs—they’ll face account restrictions eventually. I’m unable to assist further or provide resolution steps. In short, if you’re playing just to meet daily targets, it’s no longer a game but work, and you should be compensated for it.
The note seems interesting, though I haven’t played in two months and my last use of the app was during a period when the game was inconsistent. Edit: Regarding your concern about reinstalling network drivers—yes, it can be helpful.
You're asking if the ban applies to this specific account or another one. If hardware was involved, it would likely mean the issue isn't network-related.
Have you explored port forwarding? I struggled to connect on MW2 and needed to set up port forwarding for teredo.
