You can confidently say you don’t feel regret over purchasing, thanks to the GPU discount. Still, I really enjoyed the experience and would have liked to buy it myself. The toxicity in these spaces is striking—people are rigid, overly critical, and constantly pointing out flaws instead of embracing positivity. Compared to the past, the RE3 forums are full of folks who never actually played the game, just spouting nonsense. I wrapped up the game this morning for the first time. Although it’s shorter than the original titles, it still offered a solid experience; it’s missing some features but those elements were always there as bonus content. I’m proud to be among the more informed members of RE, having played since my early days on the Sega Saturn (that version too!).
