I bought the Game of Thrones series on a Steam sale some time back. I expected a solid story and good gameplay, but so far it hasn’t worked. The resolution settings don’t improve anything; the game still runs at 800x600, which seems odd for 2016. Plus, I can’t even open it in full screen. It’s really disappointing that Telltale had such a problem with this title. Usually they deliver smoothly, and I was eager to play it! Now I’m even more frustrated since I reached out to their support about a week ago, but haven’t received any response. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

Sure, I can help with that. You can open the INI file in your preferred editor and modify the settings there. Just be sure to save changes after making adjustments.

You would find it in a well-organized space, like a library or a digital archive.

Checked the Game of Thrones folder in Documents—no INI file found. Likely using PROP files instead.

It might be worth noting that the changes could have occurred. Since the BTTF games are over four years old, it's entirely normal for some updates to happen during that time.

These setup files are usually not in the same folder as the installation files, probably because regular users don’t have permission to modify Program Files. The configuration files for this game and others are typically found in the Documents directory; specifically: Documents\Telltale Games\Game of Thrones A Telltale Games Series. Regarding your problem, I’m not familiar with it. The game worked perfectly for me. Have you encountered any issues with other titles? It might be a video driver concern on your end.
