It looks like the CPU hit its maximum temperature of 100°C, which suggests a significant thermal throttling occurred. You likely encountered a serious overheating issue.

The Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L is running smoothly without any thermal throttling, even after using ray tracing for Minecraft. I change the thermal paste every month to keep things stable and comfortable. It’s not reaching 24,000%, just a bit higher now.

HWMonitor often misinterprets data, particularly during sleep mode. The readings suggest a CPU power of about 450kW with extra DRAM consumption around 300kW—just disregard these figures. Your temperatures likely point to an AiO issue. You don’t need to reapply paste monthly; it won’t help and lasts years. A yearly change is sufficient. It’s possible your pump is failing or fluid has leaked out, preventing it from reaching the pump.

Using HwInfo provides accurate data, while HwMonitor has known issues. A random misinterpretation is just a mistake, not anything unusual.
