Stop all running apps and open Task Manager. Note any unusual items in the "apps" area. Proceed to download and execute adwcleaner, which should resolve your issues. If problems persist, try Hitman Pro—may cause false alarms. If that fails, use ComboFix, though I only suggest it as a final option since it's a command line tool. Eh. Command line tools. This likely happened due to adware in one of your game installers or another program. Links: Edit: If both Firefox and IE are present, it’s definitely adware...
