im on the new version of windows 10 i want to disable auto drivers update i found this do you want to automatically download manufacturer apps and custom icons available for your devices does it mean drivers ? safe to disable this ? windows said your devices may not work after disable it

This means drivers and icons will stay disabled when turned off, preventing automatic installation. As a result, you can't use those devices since they won't function properly. This is why automatic driver updates aren't enabled.

Windows 10 doesn't refresh GPU or chipset drivers... auto update applies to devices like USB peripherals or other plugged-in items.
