It's not the RAM, because it's working just fine on the exact same two sticks I had before. I've used them for six years straight and they still work perfectly.
No worries, you're right but buying them separately isn't the best idea even if they are from the same brand sometimes having issues without a pack. Unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to get that working out of the box. After resetting the CMOS with the jumpers and battery we've been okay so far maybe it fixed this?
at last I got a video showing my computer slowing down... here it is. When I started this game, the CPU was using 40% and the GPU was at 97%. Then suddenly the GPU usage dropped to 30%, right up until I quit the game. After that both went back to normal idle use, but the lag was still there.
