I performed a stress test on the GPU, CPU, and RAM using OCCT without any crashes. The GPU driver was reinstalled via DDU and NVCleanstall. Windows was updated from 10 to 11 with a clean install. BIOS was upgraded to version 3002. I also ran an AMD chipset driver update (sfc/scan) through the command prompt. XMP was disabled. Everything works smoothly during gaming now. No further help needed.

Crash refers to a failure or malfunction, such as a Blue Screen of Death, Black Screen, Hard Lock, or Reset. A fresh Windows installation can help identify if the problem is software-related.

Black screen issue 2. I performed a clean boot from Windows 10 to Windows 11, sorry for omitting that detail

The issue I faced was missing a spare part, though I have warranty coverage. I’m unsure how to obtain proof of repair for RMA.

Do you possess the Razer Cortex software? It is recognized for compatibility challenges on AMD hardware, leading to similar issues for others.

You can verify and turn off the feature by checking your device settings or system preferences, as you don’t have the software installed.

You could view it in the program manager if you had access.
