Your Ryzen 5 5500 has an audio pin that’s damaged. It’s turning on but looping without showing any screen. You’ll need to replace the pin or check the motherboard connections.

depends on the pin's function but I watched a video showing someone losing track of pin names. He removed 2-3 pins and the CPU still ran fine, probably affecting corner pins. I think it might work—try it, and if it doesn’t give audio, an audio card could help.

Are you checking if it's a new CPU? If the chip already had a damaged pin, consider replacing it. You can attempt repairs by soldering a fresh pin. You'll need a heat gun, low-temperature solder paste, flux, tweezers, and an AM4 CPU. Possibly a budget Athlon chip under $5 might work.

It might be possible to turn off the built-in audio in the BIOS if you manage to reach that point.

Yes, you can use a different CPU. It won't undo the changes unless specified otherwise.
