The issue might be related to the cooling system or fans inside the case. Check for dust buildup, ensure fans are spinning properly, and verify there are no loose connections. If the problem persists, consider cleaning the vents or consulting a technician.
Coilwhine is tough to fix once it shows up. If you own it, it stays there. You might want to return the card and check for a quieter model. I had to send back my MSI 2080 Super Ventus because of the loud coilwhine, but I got a Palit 2080 Super Gamerock that was much better.
I adjusted the settings by limiting my FPS in games, which made it much quieter at 144fps.
It's definitely something you can try if you're okay with lower frame rates. I guess I'm not paying much attention to it anymore. Hard to recall all the details.
