I bought the entire desktop, so I’m planning to use it all!
Funny thing—wouldn’t mind swapping out the graphics card, restarting everything, and changing the background again. I’ve fixed something like this before.

Are you using any alternative wallpaper apps besides the built-in settings on Windows? The article you shared discusses issues from last year that are still unresolved, only partially fixed, or possibly new problems emerging. It highlights how much flexibility exists with Windows 11 at the moment.

Haha, just too lazy and indifferent to organize, since I hardly use my main monitors desktop anymore Smile). Still keeping my old HD7770, but the 4090 offers solid support according to what I've heard, and it's about three times better than my previous setup Tongue. I plan to change the wallpaper now because the old one no longer appeals to me, and I’ll reinstall my whole OS once I back up everything. Yeah, that’s a fair observation—I used Wallpaper Engine before, but haven’t opened it much lately since I don’t really mind animated backgrounds anymore. It seems like a new or recently fixed issue, especially with the new video wallpapers they’re testing and the fact this happened to me before [and I’ve seen it on Windows 10 too]... Still odd.
