Hello, I noticed that video before and have been working on replicating the same look at 1:25 and throughout the rest of the drop. I'm using Premiere Pro. Can someone help me understand how to do this "rgb extraction" effect?

Im pretty sure it is a shit ton of chromatic aberation. Or it could be atleast, I think haven't played around with it
