I recently purchased a new motherboard from Amazon and noticed some light scratches near the chipset area during inspection. Could this be a manufacturing flaw or is there another issue beyond the peeling plastic and sealed accessories?

It is a thin plastic sheet that is easy to remove.

This might be residual from the soldering method that hasn't been completely removed. It shouldn't cause any harm.
