I prefer sticking with just one FS. I only have three physical drives—two TB NVMe boot, two TB SSD, and four TB SSD. It’s easier that way. Once I have all BTRFS, I won’t have to juggle different storage setups when upgrading or replacing drives.

I've been working with BTRFS for roughly three years now, beginning on Kubuntu, moving to Debian, then using Nobara, followed by Fedora KDE and CachyOS. I don't mind if save files get corrupted or disappear. I do have a BTRFS RAID1 setup on my Fedora machine, and it handled the transition from Nobara to Fedora KDE without any issues.
