It seems the same chip is being referred to, just labeled differently. The 12700f features 12 cores, 8 P cores, and 4 E cores.

They are both accurate and inaccurate. The i7-12700f features 8 performance cores and 4 Efficient-cores cores = a total of 12 cores.

Depends on your workflow, but it should work well for video editing. If you're using 10bit 422 h.265, opt for the non-full version since the iGPU handles it more efficiently thanks to hardware acceleration—standard GPUs can't decode that format.
