It happens sometimes when you post something that doesn't show up on your screen right away.
My computer usually turns on okay when I turn it on, but it doesn't show the screen after that BIOS test. I tried restarting my PC six times and it started working again. Normally things work fine until about a week later, then they break again. Sometimes the Windows spinning wheel spins too fast or lags for a few seconds when the computer starts at first. I changed some software like reinstalled windows, updated the BIOS to the newest version, reset my hard drive, and fixed my graphics card and memory. Nothing worked yet. The last hardware change I made was replacing my old RX 5700 with a used RX 6800. My new 6800 is set to undervolt it to 945 mV at 2280 MHz, and it works great when playing games. What could be the problem? Specs for my computer are: graphics card is an RX 6800, motherboard is a 5800X from an Aorus i570x Pro WiFi board, RAM is Corsair RM750X Bronze 32GB, and I have DDR4 memory.
I'll try turning down the GPU voltage and see if that helps. If it doesn't work, turn off XMP just for now to stop stressing things out. Maybe you have Windows Fast Startup turned on? Turn that off too, maybe it's loading a broken file called hiberfil.sys from disk. I'm all guessing at this point. Just set everything back to normal in the BIOS settings. My guess is my computer is confused and looking for drivers. If you can't turn off your PC properly now, there might be a problem on some hard drives that needs checking. It could be something else entirely.
