Last week I purchased a new computer and it frequently stops working during gaming sessions. After about half an hour of playing Call of Duty: Warzone, I encounter a kernel power 41 error, which only appears while playing games. It doesn’t happen when using intensive programs or even when running Furmark for an hour. Initially, the machine would shut down immediately when attempting to start a game. Once fixed, I can’t recall the exact solution. When it crashes, the system remains active but all connected devices and the monitor shut off. Trying to power it down by pressing the power button fails; you must fully turn it off and wait until the light fades. Another issue is that it never generates a dump file. I’ve attempted every possible fix—from YouTube tutorials to tests like Furmark/MemTest, updating drivers, clearing memory, running scans, updating BIOS, and downloading motherboard software. Even uninstalling programs such as NVIDIA Experience or Razer Synapse didn’t resolve the problem. The crashes are still very frequent and frustrating.
