Last week I purchased a new computer and it frequently stops working during gaming sessions. After about half an hour of playing Call of Duty: Warzone, I encounter a kernel power 41 error, which only appears while playing games. It doesn’t happen when using intensive programs or even when running Furmark for an hour. Initially, the machine would shut down immediately when attempting to start a game. Once fixed, I can’t recall the exact solution. When it crashes, the system remains active but all connected devices and the monitor shut off. Trying to power it down by pressing the power button fails; you must fully turn it off and wait until the light fades. Another issue is that it never generates a dump file. I’ve attempted every possible fix—from YouTube tutorials to tests like Furmark/MemTest, updating drivers, clearing memory, running scans, updating BIOS, and downloading motherboard software. Even uninstalling programs such as NVIDIA Experience or Razer Synapse didn’t resolve the problem. The crashes are still very frequent and frustrating. PC Specifications: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, MSI MPG A750GF, 750W 80 Plus Gold, Gigabyte B550 GAMING X V2 SiletniumPC, Ventum VT4 TG, Fera 5 120mm, 16GB RAM (2x8GB), 3600MHz CL18, Intel i7 RTX 3070 Ti, 8GB GDDR6X, WD 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe Blue SN570.

It seems you’re considering three potential issues: 1. Power supply unit problems, 2. Graphics card malfunction, or 3. Dirty power from the outlet.

All components are brand new, which suggests it might be the final unit. I’ll consider another source.
