D. I was charged for 20mbps, yet over a year I received 100mbps download and upload speeds, and I still paid the same as before. It only affected me personally, not anyone else, though it was unfortunate that it stopped about two to three months ago and returned to normal speed. How could this happen?

I experienced an issue with my internet cable, so I reached out to my ISP. They arrived at my place and resolved the problem. The documentation mentioned I had 20 mbps internet, which was quite good until it stopped working.
This is quite nice. Getting free higher speed, and pay for less. Why bother reporting it. The only thing I can think off, is that they set something wrong with the Network hub in your region/street, when fixing your data-cable /installing a different user to that hub. ------------ It is sad to hear they fixed it downgrading your speed, did you mistakenly tell them you had a higher speed for a while? Resulting in them fixing the Non-existent issue.
