I tried everything that came before and still nothing works. I used to fix many things, but I've never even figured out what my problem is right now. My computer crashes all the time with no warning signs. It doesn't just shut down instantly or show a blue screen; it just slows down and runs very slowly. Everything takes about three seconds to happen instead of being instant. The sound makes a buzzing noise, the screen gets stuck behind, and every click feels delayed. I tried turning down the extra speed settings but nothing helped. Even though my temperatures were good and the machine seemed stable when I ran special tests in 100% load mode, it still crashes. I also updated all my graphics card drivers without success. I even checked out all my hard drives to no point. Any help or advice would be very helpful because this is getting really annoying. It happens once every few days at random times with nothing triggering it like opening a program or clicking a button. Every time it happens, I feel like the PC has lost some of its life. SPECS: Asrock x570 Phantom 4 Ryzen 5 3600x (running on stock settings and sometimes with voltage changes) RTX 2070 (still using this card because of the crashes) 32 GB G SKILL Ripjaw 3600mhz Corsair RM750X Samsung 960 EVO 500GB (along with some Seagate 1TB HDDs)

I'd probably start by just uninstalling Windows fresh. But maybe I should open CCleaner before that to scrub out junk in the Registry. Sometimes that causes problems later on. How many bad things did it find?

If I want a fresh start with Windows, why bother cleaning up extra stuff like CCleaner? Sometimes hidden files or settings get in the way. Just tell me if you see any problems and we can fix them together.
