Negative. My 13600k has a 4090 and both parts seem to be functioning well. The 13900k and 14900k chips might not be reliable, according to @PDifolco.

The card is set to be used again soon, and a 13600k should comfortably support a 3080Ti that’s almost four years old. My previous 3090 works fine with my 5800x build, which launched around the same time.
