Check the essential requirements for Battlefield 3: OS must be Vista Service Pack 2 on a 32-bit system. CPU should be a 2GHZ dual-core processor (Core 2 Duo 2.4GHZ or Athlon x2 2.7GHZ). RAM needs at least 2GB. Storage should be a 20GB hard drive. Graphics card must support AMD DirectX 10.1, compatible with 512MB RAM (such as ATI Radion 3000, 4000, 5000 or 6000 series, or ATI Radion 3870 or better).
It varies what you think is good. Your machine can handle certain games, but high-quality 3D graphics won't be included. Even at 720p with low settings, I doubt your system could achieve a smooth frame rate in those titles. I wouldn't recommend purchasing them unless you're prepared to upgrade your hardware.
