Hi everyone, I recently installed a new GPU model, the 4070 Super. Since moving up from the 3060, I haven’t experienced any problems before. Now the glass panel on my PC starts vibrating unless I press down on the case. Could there be an issue with the mounting or something affecting stability?
You removed the side panel to install your new 4070 Super. Were there any actions that might have led to this, or did you observe something unusual during the removal?
The panel continues smoothly without any issues, though nothing appears on the case. The sole variation is the updated GPU. It appears to occur mainly when under stress, unlike the 3060.
This seems like a potential fix, since the 4070 is the sole new component in the assembly. I'll check it out and adjust the fan speeds to determine if it makes a difference!
In the worst case, I might have some rubber spacers that I can trim to fit snugly between the glass.
