4070 generates significantly more warmth, possibly because increasing the temperature of the surrounding air contributes to this effect.

The games I play on it stayed around 40 to 50 degrees Celsius. I don’t believe it’s warm enough to notice any changes.

Do you have a room fan or something similar? It might be feeding the PC too little air. If you push more forced air into the machine, what impact does that have? The GPU swap could have altered your airflow, I suspect. Photos would be useful. Otherwise, consider replacing the cooler if you want to eliminate the AIO.

Struggling with air cooling performance, it wasn't the GPU causing the issue. It seems my AIO is likely malfunctioning. I only owned it for roughly nine months to a year, which was enough time before it became non-returnable. This model has been a recurring problem with frequent upgrades. I chose to stop saving money and purchase all parts directly. I aimed to keep things straightforward for future maintenance. Additionally, I upgraded to DDR5 and completed the full overhaul.
