you're using a pretty powerful setup: gtx gigabyte 1070 with 8gb ram and an i7-3770k at 16gb. it seems you're playing gta on maximum settings, except for post-processing effects like motion blur and depth of field, which are off. you've tried setting all distance options to the highest but still see poor performance—textures load slowly, even close-up, and fog makes it hard to play. the low framerate comes from advanced settings being enabled. let me know if you need help adjusting anything!

You're seeing the game at a standard setting. The graphics appear sharp, but adjusting to higher resolutions like 1440p or 4K could cause compatibility problems.

You're not sure about a 5-year-old game, but adding mods might help with the graphics.

It seems unclear if this setup matches GTA V's intended performance. I notice your GPU is at 50% with 44 FPS, while the CPU is at 63%. That combination doesn’t align with typical expectations.

It isn't fully maxed out. I also missed mentioning that grass was turned off. Otherwise, it seems like it's working fine.
