Following the Windows update on December 20th, my browsing works fine in most apps but fails in certain ones like File Explorer and Facebook Messenger. When scrolling, selected items just reset themselves. Issues also appear with VLC, where videos restart without input. I've tested reinstalling, updating drivers, changing peripherals, and more—nothing helped. Attached are videos showing the problem. This isn’t my primary concern since it’s for a friend who isn’t very tech-savvy, but I appreciate any advice.

Notes:
- System: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit, AMD Ryzen 5 3600
- Specs: 16GB RAM, 2400MHz, GTX 1050Ti, 4GB VRAM
- Storage: 500GB SSD, 4TB HDD
- Power: Unknown ASRock B450M
- Date: 2023-01-09

Are you sure the mouse uses Bluetooth? Could I verify whether the 'Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them' feature is active under 'Bluetooth & Devices' > 'Mouse'?

It's linked via the Logitech dongle included, but I'll check if this resolves the issue since it should work wirelessly.
