The TV's (Philips PUS8517 The One) display occasionally shuts off briefly and then restarts with an unexpected aspect ratio change, usually occurring roughly every five minutes. It seems to be linked to using the TV service provider's app.

Are you connecting this device directly to a TV or using a streaming box with a display cable? If the cable is faulty, it might not work properly. Regarding the TV provider app, problems could stem from updates or mismatches between the app and your TV’s resolution or screen size.
