Issues with your RTX 2070 causing poor performance.
I own an RTX 2070 but it feels sluggish. It starts up close to what I expect. Lags appear in Minecraft but runs smoothly when RTX is active. The GPU replacement didn’t fix the issue, so there might be another problem. Also listed are my specs: Gigabyte RTX 2070 gaming OC, Ryzen 7 2700, Bechnmarked in Cincinnati, working well. Msi X470 gaming with 16GB GDDR6 RAM, 1TB HDD, 250GB SSD, 144Hz, 1440p monitor.
