The usual fix for a faulty motherboard is to send it back via RMA if it's still under warranty. Motherboards generally can't be fixed on your own, unless you have detailed expertise and the right tools.

The motherboard isn't functioning properly after connecting the power supply, and the system fails to boot while no fans operate.
