You're facing trouble making your M.2 drives appear in BIOS and as bootable options during Windows 10 installation. The GB Z790 motherboard likely supports the newest BIOS, but you need to locate the specific settings for your drive type. Check the manufacturer's website or a reliable tech forum for instructions tailored to your model.

What kind of M.2 devices do you offer? SATA or PCIe? I'm checking because your motherboard only accepts PCIe M.2 slots. The M.2 interface is just a physical design—your drive will only work if your board supports it.

They are PCIe! Sometimes they appear in peripheral gadgets, but I always can't add them to the bootable list for Samsung 990 Pro 1TB WD Black 2TB.

I’m only comfortable with Windows 10. I haven’t tried Windows 11 yet, and the Windows Defender Black is a fresh installation. The Samsung drive is outdated, it contains some files, but secure boot is turned off.

I’m honestly not certain which adjustment I made, but I’m glad all my drives are working and Windows is installed. Thank you all for your assistance—I really appreciate it!
