I recently purchased an OLED monitor and am worried about its timeout or sleep features not functioning properly. I've attempted various solutions but nothing has resolved the issue. I'm currently using balanced mode, which Windows suggests should be 1 minute "Turn off display" and 5 minutes "put computer to sleep." When I leave for more than five minutes, both monitors stay on and the PC doesn't enter sleep mode either.

This problem hasn't occurred with my previous IPS monitor. I'm using an AW3225QF model now. None of my USBs are working either—I unplugged them all and the monitors still won't turn off.

I ran powercfg -requests to check for any settings keeping the monitor or PC active, but it shows nothing. When I tried opening the command "powercfg," the screen appeared and then closed immediately.

Are all GPU drivers current? Unplug the monitor and check if the PC goes to sleep after 5 minutes.

GPU drivers are currently updated.
I will attempt to disconnect the monitor and check the result.

Do you ever use Steam? I've encountered a case where my monitor didn't sleep when Steam was running, even without any games open. When I closed Steam, the monitor would power down. Try it yourself and see.
