I'm using Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2605. The notifications now appear correctly, but they don't show when I press the notification area. The Do Not Disturb setting is disabled. Some apps only display after I click on the clock section.

Also ensure Focus Assist is disabled, as it may interfere with notifications.
