I recently installed Windows 11 on my work computer with one of my colleagues as a test user. Everything seems fine so far except for Coping and Pasting. Both of us experience random problems with copy-paste, requiring a system reboot to fix. We initially suspected issues with Excel, Outlook, or other applications in the suite. But yesterday, neither of us opened those programs and the problem persisted. Anyone else facing this issue or have a solution?

I've been using version 11 for some time now and haven't encountered that problem yet. Occasionally the Delete key doesn't work in File Explorer, but this seems specific to my personal machine running a beta build—so it might be unusual.

Three machines are present, no problems with copying and pasting. Appears to be third-party software where conflicts arise from an upgrade rather than a clean installation.

There are many specialized programs installed, and only two months have passed since the last update. This means both ends of the situation are impacted. I can't perform a full reset because some installations are one-time setups.

I tried an upgrade 11 months ago and faced the same issue. I quickly switched back to version 10, as I don’t want to be a beta tester.

Only returning to the original state is necessary.

No worries at all. This story hasn't been heard before. When you use the right-click menu to copy and paste, does it function now? What about using Win + V instead of Ctrl+V for pasting? Does the clipboard history appear? I think this software is probably just having fun—like a keyboard or mouse driver. They can be entertaining at parties when things get lively.

No, I haven't reached out to Microsoft regarding the problem.
