Issues with web pages and related content appearing delayed or incomplete.
Hey everyone! I used a school-provided Chromebook with a Celeron N3060, 2GB RAM, and two USB ports. It would take around five minutes for web pages or YouTube videos to load, then suddenly work again. After upgrading to a newer model (Celeron N4000), it started working properly. But sometimes it still had issues—sometimes it would hang for half a minute, showing a delay from Google while loading. I tried accessing something on Google and noticed the delay seemed intentional. When I checked, I could ping things normally. 65507 bytes involved. Any suggestions on what might have caused this?
