Issues with voltage offset
Issues with voltage offset
I started by increasing the overclock and then applied a negative voltage offset to maintain low temperatures during idle. At first, using -0.05V worked well and kept temperatures down. After rebooting, the PC would start the POST but then shut down repeatedly. Once I accessed the BIOS, I adjusted the voltage offset to -0.04V and the system booted successfully. The issue persisted, so I lowered it further to -0.02V. On another reboot, the same problem appeared, so I raised the offset back to -0.05V, which resolved the issue. I’m unsure of a permanent fix other than setting the offset to auto, but that doesn’t match what I need. Any advice would be appreciated.
