I'm facing issues with overclocking my Athlon II X4 640 on Windows 10. Recently, I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 without any problems there. Initially, I installed Windows 10 with BIOS using default settings. Then I adjusted the BIOS and restarted; when it loads, the welcome screen takes about 5 minutes and the PC restarts. I'm unsure what to do now. My motherboard is an 880GM-UD2H.

Start by booting without the OC. Perform basic tests and monitor the system to confirm it runs normally. Next, proceed with the slow OC process, but avoid setting the final configurations—those aren’t functioning as expected.
