Good afternoon, thank you for your message. I understand my English might be a bit unclear, and I appreciate your patience. I’m trying to clarify what’s happening with my X570 AORUS ELITE. According to the manual, turning on the BIOS ERP option allows me to disable USBs when the PC is off, but not completely. When I power on the power strip connected to both the PC and TV, the USBs still supply devices without activating the PC. However, if I turn the PC on and then shut it down, the USBs cease to provide power. Reconnecting the PC and power strip afterward restores USB functionality. It seems like the system resets itself over time.

Additionally, when I turn off the PC and power strip, leaving them on for a while before turning the strip back on causes the USBs to work again—either by shutting down the PC manually or by reactivating the strip without powering up the PC. This behavior feels unusual, as if the system loses its configuration.

It appears related to the power supply’s 5V standby mode, which might be affecting USB behavior. My Corsair RM750i PSU seems to handle this, but I’d appreciate more details or guidance on resolving it. Thank you for your patience and support.
