Hi, Don't want to brag to much about it. But resent days i am growing more mad about UniFi equipment, company that i work for is in field of providing IT support for other businesses. First problems that we run into were regarding USG(unifi secure gateway) with non existing snat rules we rule out that in normal business that is crapy device. Then we bought Edge routers since they are more complex and advanced had feeling that would work. After spending about 3 days and night roughly 18h a day to get that shit working NAT rules, we were defeated. rule configured correctly and seeing flow we were happy, but after like 20 mins flow ends. since the NAT rule were complex - we needed specific traffic to go thro IP sec tunel, and traffic needed to be nated as external IP adress (PBX to provider). That is kinda backstory, not taling about unifi dreammachine that have reported problem from 5-6 years still present. that could be litterly fixed in less then 10 min by coder - https://community.ui.com/questions/Possi...0b69377aea - still present as of half year ago. But what i have found recently is utterly garbage/trash. so little bit of contex, as you can see in screen bellow almost 50% of time ping 100% ping loss registared by zabbix. Aug 22 16:38:08 wireless: ath0 Sending deauth to 24:7a:5c:08:d0:19. Reason: Class 2 frame received from nonauthenticated STA (6). Aug 22 16:38:17 wireless: ath0 Sending deauth to 24:4a:4c:08:f2:38. Reason: Class 2 frame received from what is off, is that actual client MAC adress is 24:5a:4c:08:f2:38, in logs i can see that each entry have only 1 bit difrently and rest is same. after googling found simular problems managed to catch exact point when it is happening, AP side showing that client is connected, station side can't open/ping. kicked client on AP side, connection were back. what is weird tho is nanostation reporting wrong ip of client. https://community.ui.com/questions/Sendi...31e?page=2 https://community.ui.com/questions/Class...a3672edd9e so basickly problem is like 5 years old and still present just like lot of probems, like edge device gui crashing for more then 3 years signal strenght is good btw
