Issues with the Sharp MX-3050N printer have been reported.
There is a Sharp MX-3050N printer in one of the offices. It takes a long time to print a simple document. On the Job Status screen, it shows "Rendering." It's a network printer. I have to disconnect and reconnect it for it to print properly again. I'm unsure why it keeps having issues. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and drivers before, but it still works briefly before getting stuck again.
That's one beefy printer.

I suggest asking help from your company IT department. They should have the know-how on how do deal with that enterprise level hardware. Another option would be contacting Sharp and asking them for support.
My guess, printer falls into some form of sleep mode. Hence why it is so lazy to print the stuff after some time has elapsed while it has been on idle.
