Hi!
I'm using an RTX 4070 Ti SUPER EX Gamer OC V2 and facing some problems when trying to raise the power limit in both MSI Afterburner and KFA2's software (Xtreme Turner). It looks like there isn't an option to go beyond 100%, even though some reviews claim otherwise. I'm curious what might be causing this. Attached are the two screenshots, one for each program. Thanks!!!

What motivates the desire to "Super overclock"? Are there particular needs or conditions that make this approach necessary? What tangible, quantifiable improvements are anticipated? In general, it seems unlikely significant gains will be achieved, and even then, the system may face long-term issues.

Please update your message with complete hardware details, operating system specifics, and information about power supply units and storage configurations.

What applications or games are currently in use?

What internet service provider and connection speeds do you experience?

Additional details are required.

What wattage is being used when the system is under load? I'm checking because the vBIOS on that card might already be running at a higher power setting. The card I'm using can reach up to 400W at full capacity, which is 80W more than the stock level. The 4070 Ti Super should be around 285W under load for its standard power consumption.

It's worth noting that the goal is to see if it's feasible to increase the graphics card's speed for more stable performance in Ghosts of Tsushima using DLSS while maintaining balance.

Testing this would involve checking if there are any viable methods to do so. However, it's important to consider whether this approach poses any threats to the main system.

It's advisable to proceed cautiously, making gradual adjustments and monitoring system behavior, particularly temperature levels.

While there are potential advantages, I remain uncertain about the actual value of this method. Ultimately, I'll rely on the community's overclocking experts for guidance.
