If it's evening now, consider keeping it on and charging it overnight. That might make a difference.

I believe the mainboard might be defective since the CPU cooler is spinning, but there’s no visible dirt or debris around the CPU, which means it should at least signal the cooler to operate.

I contacted MSI and they instructed me to send it back to Amazon, so I think I’ll follow that direction...
