Also consider the alternative option first, unless you already grabbed the cooler.

While you attempt to reinstall, look closely for any residue or debris trapped between the CPU and the motherboard—there might be a small gap or connection issue.

I own a GPU. When I tried connecting it, the fan didn’t start (it usually does). I’ve removed my GPU because it should have been onboard graphics anyway. The CPU fan works fine.

I checked the socket visually. No debris, no bent pins found.

The process of reseating the CPU hasn't made any difference. The issue remains unchanged.

Also on the CPU? Perhaps something is lodged there.

The rear side of the CPU appeared in good condition too.

It looks like a Mobo issue. Are you looking for other mainboards or CPUs that work together? (That means trying a CPU in one board and another on the same board.) Edit: Just checking if it might be possible to find duplicates.

Sorry to hear that. I believe I should contact tech support instead. Thought it’d be wise to test it locally before escalating.

Only CPU, motherboard, and power components. No other details. If RAM issues arise, faulty motherboard or CPU are likely causes. Order of installation: CPU → BIOS → RAM.
