CPU and motherboard details are confirmed. The system is running a Ryzen 9 7900 with an MSI B650I Edge WiFi board. Boot issues are common, especially with older setups. You might want to wait a bit longer or check the BIOS settings for any updates. Let me know if you need further help!

Replace the RAM module. If you have two pins, insert one pin into the first slot on the CPU.

Hello, it seems your PC indicates an issue related to RAM and CPU. I recommend trying to reinsert the RAM first—check each stick gently since one slot appears partially open. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, you can attempt to reinstall the CPU. If neither works, leave the system powered on overnight; sometimes it fixes itself. You might also test with only one stick connected at a time to narrow down the cause.

Edit: Consider booting using just one stick to see if one is faulty.

I have two RAM modules, and I placed each one into slot B. The instruction manual recommends starting with slot B.

However, you attempted both options, though only sequentially. Edit, I realize you were confused—you mentioned trying both but only one at a time.

I've also tested slot A without any improvement. I'll attempt to reinstall the CPU next.

Consider rearranging the CPU first, if unsuccessful, it likely points to a problem with the motherboard or the CPU itself.

Check for any GPU or connected devices displaying activity like fans or LED indicators. This helps determine if the mainboard is partially functioning since other components are active. Also, observe whether the CPU coolers spin up during startup.
