I faced the same problems you mentioned. The main issue came from my mouse and keyboard being connected to my dock station. After updating the dock station’s firmware, everything worked properly. In your situation, I recommend checking for motherboard updates. It’s unlikely the problem is with your mouse or keyboard drivers since both are affected.

Check if any additional devices are connected via USB. What type of mouse and keyboard do you have, and are there any RGB controls being used? I was using a Razer mouse, but the Synapse software sometimes caused the mouse and keyboard to act strangely.
