I'm using LAN Cat 6 cables, but every few weeks the connection drops significantly—from 1000/1000 to 200/800 or worse, reaching 50/800. I've contacted the company about it around ten times, but now I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions. Should I try downloading or uploading first?
