I recently had a connection problem with my Intel® Ethernet Controller I225-V driver. Apparently, it is a known problem. Going down the technical information rabbit hole, I am left unsure if it has been patched and if it is, from whom I should get the fix. From something Intel puts out, or wait for MSI to release something. It's a MSI Z590-A PRO motherboard in a brand new Origin pre-build.

Usually these problems are resolved using motherboard drivers from MSI.

Consider installing MSI's driver first; if it doesn't resolve the issue, proceed with Intel's Driver and Support Assistant for the most recent update directly from Intel.

No recent updates for MSI were found. The Support Assistant details are available, but I'm cautious about proceeding with the Intel variant. It seems the motherboard's SN needs to be obtained first before contacting MSI directly, if a solution is announced. I’d like to have it ready on-site. You mentioned you’re confident in the current approach.
