Your GTX 1070 keeps displaying a flickering output regardless of the operating system. It happens even in the BIOS and started when you were installing Nvidia drivers for secure boot on Fedora (Linux). There have been no previous issues before, so it seems the GPU isn't faulty, but something is malfunctioning. The flickering is ongoing and changes in brightness. Anyone with suggestions would be greatly helpful.

Additionally, the GPU temperatures are within acceptable ranges and the fans aren't operating.

Flickering or missing images might stem from cable, port, monitor problems or other factors. However, more likely causes could involve artifacts rather than just flickering. Driver, BIOS or other settings might also play a role. Updating these components could assist, though it carries higher risk for BIOS changes. Similar issues might exist elsewhere. I have so far: - Updated driver in Windows, - Reinstalled driver in Fedora (what also cause the issue in the first place) - Resetting CMOS - Booting a live session of Fedora off of a USB drive The only overclock on this GPU would be the factory one. I'll try flashing a new BIOS on my motherboard, if just waiting doesn't work (my current guess is that something's up with the VRAM, so I'm just seeing if it being used for a while fixes anything).

I believe I fixed the issue now. It started due to a faulty driver reinstall, and kept happening after another reinstall. I think the problem might be related to VRAM or RAM, making it persistent regardless of drivers. The flickering stopped gradually when using Windows (without driver changes) and hasn’t come back at all. If anyone else has this problem, please let me know, as it seems to be the same situation.
