It usually glitches, similar to my entire screen flashing green and then a persistent audio issue with water sounds. That's unusual, especially since I didn't experience those problems on Xbox.

Yup, and with my frames locked to 60 I never have the problem anymore And just so you know, Skyrim on PC has a lot of bugs compared to console..
