Hello everyone, I just installed a new PC and it’s running perfectly except for the spinning hard drive not appearing. It’s connected via SATA and has my Steam library (mostly games I don’t play often) plus a lot of files like photos and schoolwork. Any suggestions? I’ve attached some screenshots showing the issue. Thanks for your help!

BIOS Version 0613 represents the initial BIOS release. ASUS has since introduced two updated versions. Before proceeding with the BIOS flash, gather more details. Determine which drive corresponds to C:\ and which to D:\—assuming WD SN850X is C:\ and SN770 is D:. Identify which M.2 slots house the two SSDs. This ASUS TUF X670E features four M.2 slots: M.2_1 connects via the CPU, M.2_3 also to the CPU, M.2_2 links to the X670E chipset, and M.2_2 shares bandwidth with SATA ports 1 and 2. If M.2_2 contains an SSD, those ports won’t work. Next, confirm which spinning HDD is connected to which SATA port.

basically... consider using a different SATA port on your motherboard. It seems ports 1 and 2 might be turned off. Refer to the post mentioned.
