I just installed my Ryzen 9 7900x and it was working smoothly until I enabled eco mode. It still functioned but when I opened Ryzen Master I mistakenly clicked an option like OS to OC and then restarted the PC. Now both my PC and the components are turning on and lighting up, yet there’s no display output and my USBs aren’t working. The GPU takes a moment to activate when powering on, and fans—including the GPU fan—are spinning. I’m unsure what’s going wrong and don’t have any idea what might be causing this issue… Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check if there are alternative ways to reset the CMOS on the motherboard.

Refer to page 31 of the guide. Place the jumper onto the motherboard. A screwdriver can help connect the header.

I managed to get it running by reseating the RAM and taking out the card. It took about five minutes to boot up. Everything looks fine now. Sadly, the USB ports on top of my PC case aren’t working. I might need to fix that. I’ll probably have to check the BIOS settings too. This build has been really stressful for me…

Sorry to hear that. It seems the system is still starting. I know AMD boards can be slow when a major component update is detected, especially with more DIMMs and larger memory installed.

It depends on the cable type from the case to your mainboard—are they aligned correctly? Are they blue or white? Or do they look small?

I need to review that information and follow up after work. Are you talking about the USB cable specifically?

Sure, you're thinking about connecting via USB 3.0, USB 3.2, or even USB 2.0. Those are the common options for data transfer and charging.

I have a single USBC with two yellow standard USB ports. It seems they aren’t connected to the motherboard after all.
